• This work was done by a product team which I was part of

• This project was ongoing for a couple of years with a high level of complexity

• Use of behavioural analytic tools was applied in the design process

• Components were designed in a way so they can be reused in other projects

Our Team is brainstorming new features by using different methodologies.

Impressions from a Design Thinking workshop that we did at the HRS Headquarters in Cologne.

As part of our Workshop, we send out small teams to interview real people about their travel behaviour.

All teams are presenting their rough prototypes at the end of the Workshop.
